Good, central location and helpful staff.
The wifi internet was available only in a specified location and only one old computer was provided. Wifi should be available in the room and more than one computer should be available if you do not have a netbook/iphone/ipad.
The staff was very helpful, kind and always available. The rooms were decent sized and breakfast was not bad. It is a very cute and quaint hotel. Walking distance from many historic sites and also very close to the subway. Very pleasant stay, for the price. Bang for your buck.
Very centrally located. Close to the station and also the hop in hop off tour buses. Staff were amazing, extremely helpful with great English. One night the man at the desk booked us dinner at a great little restaurant, they seemed happy to go that extra step. The room was small but clean. In Rome there is so much sight seeing to get done that you don't spend much time in your room anyway. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Location and courtesy of staff. Also breakfast was good. Free wifi.
No elevator. I couldn't stay again unless I was on the ground floor. Also, to have a bath tub you have to have a double room. Singles only have tiny showers.
I was really happy and content to see how clean the hotel was! To be able to connect to the internet was also great. The staff did meet my wish regarding a room far from the breakfast room.
The rooms really need sound proofing! I would have liked whole grain bread at breakfast rather than white bread. The wifi kept disconnecting which was unpleasant.
The exelent location and the frendlines of the staff
The location close to Termini is practical. Free WIFI works fine, also in the rooms.
A very nice hotel nice large room Enjoyed the buffet breakfast
Great location very friendly and helpful staf good standard
Awful breakfasts - the same for the whole staying (7 days), very few options: not fresh cheese and ham, jam, nutella, honey and peaches!
Easy to get to from train station and well located for site seeing
enjoyed the stay, staff was very friedndly and helpful
Staff were very helpful and friendly.Hotel was in a good location and near to everything. The rooms were kept very clean and the breakfast was more than adequate.Internet access was easy to obtain and always available in the lobby. All in all a lovely hotel and felt very safe and secure. Will be returning.
Very friendly staff, clean facility and great location.
Lack of a bar or restaurant on-site. Could have used more comfortable seating in the business/lounge area.
Hotel hotel staff especially the front desk staff were extremely helpful in helping us find out way to different tourist attractions and planning events for our first time in Rome.
The price was a little excessive for what was received.
Hotel Aberden is located in a wonderful area of Rome. It is close to the Metropolitano, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are helpfull and friendly. I have stayed three times and would recommend to familly and friends.
The Hotel needs a better area to relax in without staying in your room. A living room or salon. The one that is there is dreary and unappealing. It has not pictures and onlyy one uncomfortable couch , no tables and no TV. The Living room was better when I stayed therre a few years ago but now it is as stated above. Improvement needed.
